Attending to all overseas telephone calls (and screening calls when necessary). Strong ability to comprehend, carry out and explain intricate verbal and written instructions. Articulate with a congenial and clear tone of voice. Speak and understand English and French fluently. Strong competency with computer software and Microsoft Office. Answer, transfer and direct incoming calls using a computerized database for information access. Forward calls to appropriate departments and ensure that callers reach appropriate people. Instruct and organize conference calls, managing bookings of all boardroom meetings. Perform clerical tasks, e.g. cheque processing and filing.
